Grid Feasibility Study


Study to define if and how grid technology can provide benefits to your IT infrastructure, resulting in key knowledge about feasibility and approach of an implementation.

The areas that are ususally covered are:

- analysis, distribution capability and Integration capability of applications

- analysis and current utilisation of the IT infrastructure,

- system management: ability to deploy, required preparation and ability to maintain systems

- organisation: ownership and acceptance

EngageTechnology will conduct interviews with key stake holders and - users: IT managers, business managers, system administrators, application managers and developers. A thorough analysis of application behaviour and infrastructure performance is part of the program as well. Finally a report will be produced, including recommendations. Main topics are usually: is the system "fit for the purpose" and what will be the anticipated gains after grid implementation.
